1. About Us
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Santa’s Little Wardrobe.
We are a small, family-run handmade business creating clothing, accessories and other products for pets and their humans.

2. Our Products
All products are handmade to order. This means that each item is individually made rather than mass-produced.
Because our products are handmade, there may be small variations between individual items, including differences in fabric pattern placement, colour, stitching and finish. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of our products. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor or device.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted when we confirm that we have received and accepted your order and begin processing it.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase, including:
- Product selection
- Size
- Measurements
- Colour or pattern
- Personalisation details
- Delivery address
We cannot be responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.
4. Made-to-Order and Personalised Products
Many of our products are made specifically for each customer and may be personalised or made to individual measurements.
Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible because materials and time may already have been allocated to your order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to an order.
5. Processing and Dispatch
Our products are handmade to order and normally take approximately 3 weeks to make and dispatch.
This is an estimated processing time rather than a guaranteed dispatch date.
During particularly busy periods, seasonal launches, promotional events or sales, processing times may occasionally be longer.
The processing time applies before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and depends on the delivery service and destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification and tracking information where applicable.
6. Delivery
We aim to ensure that orders are packaged securely and dispatched using the selected delivery service.
Once an order has been handed to the postal service or courier, delivery times are outside our direct control. Delays may occur due to postal services, customs, adverse weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
7. Measurements and Sizing
Where an item is made according to customer-supplied measurements, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Please carefully follow our measurement instructions before placing your order.
If you are unsure about sizing or measurements, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to provide guidance.
We cannot be held responsible for an item not fitting correctly where incorrect measurements were supplied by the customer.
8. Personalisation
Where personalisation is requested, customers are responsible for checking that all names, text, spelling and other information supplied to us are correct.
We will make the product using the information provided at the time of ordering.
Personalised items cannot normally be cancelled once production has started.
9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Because our products are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations simply because a customer has changed their mind, particularly where an item has been personalised, custom-sized or made to the customer's specific requirements.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the order if production has not yet started.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
10. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@santaslittlewardrobe.com and provide details of the issue, together with photographs where appropriate.
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
11. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and are subject to change.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or other inaccuracies on the website.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their individual terms and expiry dates and cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. Promotional Offers
From time to time, Santa’s Little Wardrobe may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes or sales.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional codes must be entered at checkout.
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
- Promotional codes may have expiry dates or specific product exclusions.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where necessary.
13. Product Safety
Our products are designed for their stated purpose and should be used appropriately and under suitable supervision.
Pet clothing and accessories should be checked regularly for signs of wear or damage.
Pets should never be left unattended while wearing products that could present a risk of snagging, chewing, choking or entanglement.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their individual pet and are used safely.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the operation of the website or use our website for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that the website is being misused.

All original content on our website, including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, designs, branding, logos and written content, belongs to Santa’s Little Wardrobe unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our original content without our prior written permission.

We aim to keep our website available and information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors or interruptions.
