Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Santa’s Little Wardrobe, every item is lovingly handmade to order specifically for you and your pet. Because our products are made individually rather than mass-produced and, in many cases, are made to your measurements or personalised to your requirements, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once production has started.

Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are handmade to order. This means we do not keep large quantities of finished products in stock and begin making your order specifically for you.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer require the item, particularly where the item has been personalised, custom-sized or made to your specific requirements.

Please carefully check our sizing information before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

We may be able to cancel your order if we have not yet started making it. However, once production has started, we may be unable to cancel the order because materials and time will already have been allocated to creating your item.

Personalised and custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the description, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue. We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or other remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Incorrect Measurements

Please take care when providing measurements for made-to-measure items. We cannot accept responsibility for an item not fitting correctly where the measurements supplied by the customer were incorrect.
